Sent notice to Mr. Barrow, because he disposed of construction waste on Mr.& Mrs. Holley's property . Mr. Barrows does state that he is in the process of purchasing the property from the Holley's, but at the time the current property owners had no knowledge of the Barrow Land Livestock depositing the construction debris on their property. The property is zoned A-2 which does not permit the storage of construction waste.
