All deeds needed for the subdivision have been recorded along with the plat. This project is now complete.

The Weber County Commission granted final approval of this subdivision April 3, 2012. However before recording the plat the owner has some concerns over how the road was named on the plat. Dallas from Landmark and Jack from Surveying are to be reviewing what the road should be labeled as and changing the plat. This may need new signatures from review agencies, and new drafts of deferral documents.

Talked with Dallas today to keep him aprised of events to the subdivision. The adjoiner on the south was going to try and get with Mr Flinders and see if they can come up with an agreement for a boundary line suitable to both parties.

I talked with Dallas Buttars yesterday with Landmark Svy. over and about the subdivision and existing easements and right-of-ways. Dallas provided me with some good and helpful insight to the history and situations in the area. Dallas will look to get the 2 existing easements extinguished and to take care of the gap on the south side of the property.
