I spoke with Weber Basin today about the requirement for secondary water. They knew about this project, and it being a lot split into two lots. They will put together a letter addressing this requirement and send it to the owner.

This office has completed its 5th and final review of this Amended plat. Addresses will need to be added and 2 concerns from engineering. All of our redlines and concerns have been addressed and we release this to be printed on Mylar pending any concerns from any other departments involved in the review process.

This office completed its 4th review of this Amended plat. There is a question on rotation to be reviewed and a distance to be verified. All other redlines and concerns of this office have been addressed. A PDF file was emailed to Dallas.

This office has completed its 3rd review of this subdivision. This has been a long process, the field crew had to be sent out to gather needed additional data. Parcels did not fit the original dedication plat. An error was found in the original 1966 dedication plat. Dallas met with us here at the office, so as to show and discuss what had been found and corrected on the original dedication plat. The corrections to the original have been incorporated by Landmark into this review. Emailed to Dallas today at 12:30. Centerline monuments on Bonneville Terrace Drive will be used for and as the Basis of Bearing for this subdivision.

Field work has been completed and my review can continue. Occupation and ownership will need to be established in a more certain/resonable location per the subdivision. We have requested that the subdivision name be changed to Woodland Estates Unit No 3, 1st Amendment.

Name of subdivision is incorrect under the Surveyor's Cert. and under the Owner's Dedication. This subdivision comes out of parcel #070900002. There is an error in the Boundary Description, a footage has been left out.

This lot is not eligible for elementary busing. A small number of lots to the north of this one are eligible so we currently bus elementary students. Secondary students are eligible. Current stops for all school are located at the intersection of Bonneville Terrace Dr. and Woodland
