To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 6260 South 2125 East, So Ogden, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for alternative access for a three lot subdivision to be access by a private right of way from 2125 East. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public, Western Weber Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, December 13 at 5:00 pm. We need a viable layout for three lots and a geologic support statement that such is indeed feasible. The site has known areas of slope instability. It would help if the geologist would define the buildable areas ofthe parcel. I believe there was a previous approval for two lots but I don't find a supporting geology report for more that than one lot. B Frandsen PE
