I signed off on final occupancy for this project. I want to make sure everyone realizes this is different than getting my approval to terminate the UPDES Permit for this project and that attention still needs to be paid to that portion of this project. I will continue to do monthly inspections until the site is stable enough to approve a Notice of Termination.

I invited Ryan to come into our office and discuss his storm water study and detention pond design with my self and Jared. We discussed him preparing an exhibit to show me where he derived his numbers from in his storm water study, options for the orifice plate box configuration, moving the emergency over flow to the other side of the pond to protect the hill side, the SWPPP, storm water activity permit and maintenance agreement. I'm waiting for him, the owner and contractor.

Met with Ryan Bingham, Chad Hansen and Chad Meyerhoffer yesterday to discuss to possibility of enlarging the county detention pond south of this site. After speaking with Mike Tuttle, they were told we were hesitant to allow the expansion because we would like the flexibility to expand it in the future if necessary.

Page C-100 on the submitted site plan, under "Site Data Table" the landscaping calculations are missing. They show "Landscape Area = X.XX acres or XX.XX%" and "Impervious Area = XXX,XXX sq. ft. or X.XX acres". We need the actual numbers. How many parking stalls are being added in the 36,000 square feet of asphalt? How many existing stalls are there?
