This appeal to the Board of Adjustment on the Land Use Permit (LUP64-2011) issued by Weber County for Parcel #220100001 located at 3788 E 4100 N in Liberty UT.  The parcel is listed under "Jones, Richard Ralph &" on the land use permit.

I and various neighbors adjoining and in close proximity to the property believe there are requirements which may have been overlooked in the approval process which may be due to incomplete and inaccurate information provided by Rulon Kent and Garet Kent Jones in their narrative and drawings submitted withe the Weber County Land Use Permit Application.  The drawing provided by the Jones' did not show the adjacent properties or dwellings.

Received email from Jodi Hoffman who is representing Bret Barry. She has officially requested that Weber County postpone Mr. Barry's BOA hearing scheduled for this Thursday, 8-25-2011. Mr. Barry has made a request for an Advisory Opinion from the Office of Property Rights Ombudsman. Jodi Hoffman stated that the hearing could be rescheduled at a time after the Advisory Opinion is published. Left message with Garet Jones notifying him of the postponement. Will do our very best to inform those neighbors that have been notified.

Staff Report and packet complete and sent to BOA members Thursday (8/18/2011). Staff Report and packets, for Bret Barry, Garet Jones, and Sandy Tuck, prepared and put in mail (preferred method of correspondence) as well. Verified, with administrative staff, that Staff Report and packet will be put on Planning Division website today (8/19/2011). Notices (to neighbors) were sent (11:37am on 8/18/2011) and inform all to visit Planning Office or Planning website for information.

Scott emailed message to Mr. Barry (sent 8-8-2011/10:52am) informing him that I had just learned that a quorum is available and his BOA Application would be heard on the 25th of August at 4:30pm. Requested a reply to confirm receipt but have not received one; therefore, I will begin sending all correspondences via mail/postal services. This may delay communications but postal service is Mr. Barry's preferred method of written correspondence. See BOA Application.

Received fifteen page addendum to application at 12:54, Friday, July 15, 2011. Scott gave Administrative Secretary a full copy of the addendum so that the new information could be sent to WC Attorney's Office.
