I have added for review a site plan which shows the access and contours.

Mike - Has David Hayes or a representative submitted anything to you about your review letter comments? I think that this proposal should be suspended until this information is submitted. Some evidence showing why access can not be from across the front line needs to be submitted. The next possible date could be Sept 8, 2011.

I just talked to David Hayes on the phone. He received my comments, and they are going to be submitting some new plans showing the existing slopes, and the proposed access location. He said it may take a couple weeks for them to submit the plans.
