Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 12, 2019. The meeting for the hearing will start at 10:00 AM and be held in the Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah. The hearing is regarding a proposed ordinance to create architecture, landscaping, and screening standards for the Western Weber Planning Area’s new commercial areas and to offer administrative edits for these regulations for the entire unincorporated county area. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed prior to the hearing in the Weber County Planning Division Office located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center.

On January 8, 2019, the Western Weber Planning Commission tabled this item pending additional changes requested of staff. It will be reconsidered in their February 12th meeting for a recommendation to the County Commission. On January 22, 2019, the Ogden Valley Planning Commission recommended that the County Commission approve the proposed changes.
