Health Department records show an approved septic system for the existing five bedrooms of the home. This will be sufficient for the first five rooms of the Bed and Breakfast. The owners need to contact Michelle Cooke of this office regarding the kitchen requirements of a commercial food establishment prior to business licensing. Any expansion past these first five bedrooms of the B&B will require new property evaluation and septic additions.
