The Hillside Review application has been conditionally approved. The conditions outlined in the signed report must be approved prior to the issuance of the building permit and/or during site construction.

Since this is not an "R" lot, all geologic reviews can be uploaded to the building permit file (project https://miradi.co.weber.ut.us/projects/view/2349) and we can direct all conditions from the Hillside Review file to the building permit file in an attempt to consolidate the reviews into one place per the County Engineer and Planning Director.

Work plan has been submitted and the project was released on April 26, 2016 for site evaluation & investigation. We are currently awaiting geologic & geotechnical reports to be submitted for review and approval.
