This office completed its final review to this 3rd Amendment. All redlines or concerns of this office have been addressed and corrected. We release for the printing of the Mylar's pending any concerns from the other review agencies.

This office has completed its 1st review of this 3rd Amendment to The Legends at Hawkins Creek subdivision. A vacation ordinance will be required vacating the original Lot 34. A PDF copy of the red lines have been emailed to Andy.

In speaking with Ted Black from the Weber Fire District,this project is only an adjustment or change of the buildable area of lot 34. The entire area of Legends at Hawkins Creek is already set up for fire hydrants. No need for an additional review.

All students are eligible for bussing. Current Weber High stop is at 6461 E HWY 39(Catholic Church) No present Snowcrest or elementary stops for that address. Closest Snowcrest and elementary stops are on 950 S.
