The vacation ordinance needs to be prepared and reviewed by the attorney's office before scheduling for County Commission agenda.

A single Mylar was submitted to this dept for review/acceptance. A couple of issues still exist however. 1) A vacating ordinance is needed, vacating Lot 1 of the original subdivision, also the existing PUE on the lot. If the PUE cannot be vacated it will therefore need to be shown on the Amended plat. 2) A second Mylar is required so as to be filed as the Record of Survey. I cannot approve such until such time these items are taken care of. 4/28/11
