Health Deptartment final approval can be given after inspection of the lift station upstream of the septic tank. This was not in place during 2012 inspection. Call to arrange appointment.
Sean Wilkinson - 7/10/2013
The Ogden Valley Planning Commission recommended approval of the extension request on May 28, 2013. The Weber County Commission approved the time extension on June 25, 2013. The new contract number is 2013-197. A copy of the Amended Zoning Development Agreement is located in the "Files" tab.

The applicant has requested a 5 year time extension of the Zoning Development Agreement for this project through June 23, 2018. The Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for May 28, 2013.
