I believe that different owners now have the property. I think that they were doing some digging last year around the stream. This subdivision will likely expire July 25, 2012, unless the new owners bring in the information needed to get the next approval.

Research along with this offices Field survey information is being put together and formulated for a centerline alignment for SR 39. UDOT has recorded alignment west of 7700 E and east of 8600 E with nothing found, filed or recorded in between. This office therefore will need to file a record of survey showing an alignment for centerline upon completion and analysis of all required information.

Additional data has been received on fence lines, occupational lines and improvements to further aid in the establishment of a center line location. 3/21/11

Field data is being gathered yesterday and today in order to establish a center line location for U-39 through that portion of Section 17 6N 2E that has not been previously identified by or through UDOT.The 1st red line review for issues other than U-39 has been completed and sent back to the surveyor. 2/23/11
