On May 20, 2014, The County Commission held a Public Hearing on the proposed amendment and after the public hearing comment period granted approval to amend the Weber County Land Use Code Title 104 (Zones) Chapter 9 (Forest Zones F-5, F-10, and F-40) Section 2 (Permitted Uses) by increasing the allowed size of a shed from 100 square feet to 200 square feet and Section 3 Conditional Uses by removing number (16) Recreation Resort and renumbering to reflect that change. On April 8, 2014 The Western Weber County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the proposed changes. On April 22, 2014 The Ogden Valley Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the proposed changes.
