Sent the applicant an email asking for clarification regarding the development of lot 36. Per phone conversation with Colby on 1-10-17, they will only be developing lot 36 near the existing roadways. There is no drawing indicating the proposed development with associated changes (if any) to the road or the addition of driveways.

Weber Fire District has no concerns with the adjustment of the lot lines. The subdivision must conform to the previous requirements that the access road be upgraded at the time that there is to be more than 5 homes served by the existing access road.

Students are eligible for bussing from this location however we are unable to load and off load safely at this point of the Hwy. We pay parents to transport.
