The Planning Division determined that this event does not need a Weber County special event approval. This is due to the level of coordination with Ogden City. Angela Martin received an email from Rick Grover stating that the application fee could be refunded. AM will process the refund.

Iris Hennon - 4/12/2018

For the review of placements of signs as there will be no signs in place I have no issues with this event. However, if the event organizers decide to have signs for their event I will need a map indicating placement in Unincorporated Weber County.
