To Owners of Property Adjacent to the Property Located at Approximately 5800 E Big Horn Parkway Eden, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for the Second Amendment to the Wolf Creek Resort Zoning Development Agreement to amend the “Conceptual Development Plan” as part of the Zoning Development Agreement that was previously approved as Contract #2015-31 and amended as Entry# 2784398 to allow the transfer of five density rights (units) from “The Fairway’s” to “Trapper’s Ridge” and hold the remaining 11 density rights (units) in reserve to be sold, assigned or transferred at a later date. A public hearing, consideration of the application and action on this request will take place during an, open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 4:30 pm.
