On August 25, 2016, the Board of Adjustment unanimously affirmed the correctness of the Planning Commission's decision, and denied the appeal request. A notice of decision can be found under the 'files' tab.

This appeal has be reviewed by staff and has been scheduled for review by the Board of Adjustment in their August 25, 2016 meeting. Staff is recommending that the Board of Adjustment uphold the Planning Commission's decision. The full staff report can be found in the 'files' tab.
