A subdivision plat has been uploaded under the files tab. This plat has been prepared as a means to secure a private access from a portion of Pineview-Eden Highway that is legitimate.

A point of documentation regarding the access permit from UDOT. As noted access to lot 2 is by an old dirt drive or roadway off of the old state highway. When the map first was submitted I contacted Essy Rahimzadegan at the Region One Office of UDOT. He indicated they UDOT still had control over the old section of Highway Leading up to the forest Service land. As we discussed it at his suggestion He thought that if the developer would take out a simple access permit for the existing access it would safe guard the existing access from being lost. It was my understanding that someone from the developers office went to UDOT to get such a permit and was told it was not needed. I don't have the name of who they spoke to. The getting of an access permit from UDOT is Still recommended for the developers behalf or protection but the requirement before approving the may has been removed as an engineering requirement. In speaking with Keith Blaiden of UDOT District One on 11/15/2016 he indicated that that section of roadway had been removed from the UDOT maintenance list and they no longer had access control over that section of Highway.
