To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 4920 East Fairways Drive, Eden, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for a conditional use permit for The Bridges at Wolf Creek Resort PRUD located within the approved Wolf Creek Resort Master Development. The application includes the request to run concurrently for preliminary subdivision approval of The Bridges at Wolf Creek Resort PRUD. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an, open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 5:00 pm. Survey Performed no reviews within this CUP, as no boundary information was shown, if there is an area of interest please let me know, each phase will go through a Subdivision Review. There does seem to be two Section Corners within the site, these will require an issuing of a Monument Permit through the Weber County Surveyor's office. The Final construction plans must also note preservation of each Section Corner as well.
