The County Commission unanimously approved the version of the rezone that the planning commission forwarded to them on October 2, 2018. A copy of the signed ordinance can be found under the 'files' tab.

The planning commission recommended approval of a version of this rezone request in their September 11, 2018 meeting. Their recommendation will go to the county commission as soon as possible. Their recommendation was preceded by a recommendation to amend the general plan likewise. See GPA 2018-02 for the general plan amendment file.

The planning commission heard the item in their August 14, 2018, planning commission meeting. They tabled the item until the September meeting.

A new file has been created for the rezone of 15.23 acres of land on 7500 west (at approximately 1935 South) from the A-3 to the A-1 zone. Please see file ZMA 2018-05 to follow that rezone through the rest of the County Commission deliberation process.

This item was heard by the planning commission, after a public hearing, on July 10, 2018. The planning commission asked that the item be pulled into several different decisions. The planning commission tabled the rezone of land adjacent to 900 South near the little mountain industrial area. The Planning Commission forwarded a positive recommendation to the County Commission on the rezone of 15.23 acres of land on 7500 West from the A-3 to the A-2 zone.

The Planning Commission was unable to make a decision due to there not being a quorum. This application will go before the planning commission again on July 10th 2018.

This application will go before the Western Weber Planning Commission in the County Commission Chambers (2380 Washington Blvd 1st floor) on June 12, 2018, at 5:00 pm. Consideration and action on ZTA 2018-01, a request to amend the General Plan Zoning Map, Future Land Use Map, M-1 Zone text amendment to remove single-family dwellings from the list of permitted uses, and to amend pages 2-2, 2-6, and 2-15 of the General Plan. Consideration and action on ZTA 2018-02 a request to change the zoning in areas along 900 South at 7500 West to 8300 West from M-1 to A-2, and to rezone a 15.75 acres parcel from A-3 to A-2 Zoning
