An Inspection was made at the construction site at 6071 Nighthawk lane. The Silt Fences in need of repair. No SWPPP sign or SWPPP document in Place. This is a second notice regarding the SWPPP Sign. The owner and operator informed that whatever was committed to be done in their SWPPP we had to hold them too. The sight is in technical violation as of this inspection. She was informed rain was eminent tonight and or possible the next couple of days. Silt entering into the catch basin at the corner of their sight is an environment violation punishable by Federal, State and County laws and Ordinances. She indicated that she did not know what she had put in the SWPPP That is no excuse. Operator must have one in their possession and provide it to the inspector with ½ hour of request. Silt fence needs to be repaired before the eminent storm. SWPPP signs must be up before the end of the Week.
