This lot had a sewer lateral stubbed to the property off the sewer line that was installed in 1800 South. Property Owner will need to annex into the Central Weber Sewer District, pay the impact fee, and fill out an application prior to connecting to the sewer.

This office had completed its 2nd and final review of this subdivision on 6/20/14 and released for the printing of Mylar's pending any concerns from the other review agencies. Received a single Mylar from planning on 7/3/14. Waiting for the Record of Survey. Got the 2nd Mylar, taken to planning today 7/10/14.
