Roylance Subdivision has been withdrawn by the applicant. A new subdivision (TDP Subdivision)consisting of one lot has been submitted to replace Roylance Subdivision.

QGC has facilities in place to serve this proposed subdivision

Weber High students are eligible for busing. Current stop is on Hwy 162. Snowcrest Jr. and Valley Elem. are not eligible. Snowcrest students are bused at present because of space availability and the need to cross the intersection on Hwy 162 & Wolf Creek Dr. Elementary students are walkers to Valley Elementary.

RMP can extend power lines to accomdate this subdivision. Line extension will be accordance with current rates and regulations.
