Mylar plats have come in and will be passed around for signatures.

This office has completed its 4th and final review of this Amended plat. With the exception of one small correction needed in the description, pending any concerns or requirements by the other departments involved in the review process, all is good for the printing of the Mylar's.

A revised plat has been added for review. The owners are looking to finalize their building permit. Completion of the plat, with vacation and all signatures is what is remaining.

This office completed its 1st review of this Amended Subd. and the redlined plat attached. A vacation ordinance is required vacating all of Lot 6. The division of lot 6 creates a non-conforming parcel per Weber County Ordinance.
