Washington Heights Baptist Church is proposing the following amendment to Chapter 32 Section 7 of the Zoning Ordinance:
Business Signs: Exception Allowed as a Conditional Use: For RE15 and RE20 (and any other zoning staff feels appropriate) One (1) or more signs not exceeding in total area ? square feet for each one (1) lineal feet of street frontage provided the combined total area of the signs is less than 400 sq. ft.. Provided the property is 20 acres or more and located on a highway with a minimum of 500 ft. of frontage. No sign shall exceed 150 sq. ft.
