It has come to our attention that several lighting devices on existing buildings in this PRUD do not comply with the Ogden Valley Outdoor Lighting ordinance. I recommend applying a new condition of approval prior to making final approval that specifies that all existing outdoor lighting be brought into compliance with this ordinance, as specified in Section 108-16-7 of the Weber County Land Use Code. I recommend this condition be satisfied prior to recordation of any new subdivision plat in this PRUD and prior to issuance of any other Land Use Permit or certificate of occupancy for any other building within the overall PRUD area.
