After reviewing this application for an alternative access, it has been found that the proposal to build a detached garage with it's own access from Maple Drive does not require an alternative access. The application fee will be re-funded and this project will be void.

Dominion Energy - Gas main is off edge of asphalt along Maple Drive. This must be protected in place, call blue stakes for location prior to any excavation.
