On August 14th, I met with Ryan Cathey of NV5 and Rick Everson of Watts Enterprises at Powder Mountain concerning water pressures in the lowest point of the development (bottom of lots 2,3 and 4). In this area they modeled a water pressure of ~330 PSI. Due to the slope of the land, they will need to have 3 PRV's in order to control this pressure within the system. They would like to find a way to work around having the PRV's. I informed them that I do not see how that would be possible as they have to have the water supply for firefighting purposes and domestic use, and any pressure above 150 PSI is not suitable for connection to by the fire department.
