"Unless there is substantial action under a conditional use permit within a maximum period of one year of its approval from the land use authority, the conditional use permit shall expire. The land use authority may grant a maximum extension of six months. Application was conditionally approved by the Ogden Valley Planning Commission on 10/28/14. Applicant needs to provide a separate access for accessory apartment along the side or rear of property prior to the issuance of the Conditional Use Permit.
