The land use permit has been filled out and is on the Planning Directors desk for signature. The land use permit was issued with the condition that the amended subdivision plat is to be recorded prior to occupancy.

Applicant has submitted two separate parcels as part of the request. Parcel# 22-013-0018 has enough acreage for the agricultural exemption however, the applicant states he is unable to place the barn on that parcel. The applicant would like to place the barn on parcel# 22-066-0011. Parcel# 22-066-0011 does not have enough acreage to allow for the agricultural exemption. The applicant will need to apply for and receive approval for a plat amendment prior to taking out a building permit for the barn on parcel# 22-066-0011 due to unapproved lot line adjustments that have taken place in the past. The applicant has been notified of the requirements and has requested a refund of the agricultural exemption permit fee. The refund request has been submitted.
