This office has completed its 2nd and final review of this subdivision. All redlines and correction have been addressed and taken care of. This office releases for the printing of the Mylar's pending any concerns that may need to be addressed from the other departments.

I haven't been able to talk to Susan but she sent me a letter today from the irrigation company. I have sent the interns out to determine the size of the existing pipe.

I received a call from Susan Thompsen concerning this development. She stated to me that there is a culvert in the irrigation ditch and has been for a while. She stated that there was a fire hydrant required as part of this development. I told her that it either needed to be installed or an escrow for it. Once the fire hydrant is installed we will need a letter from the Water Company approving of the installation and accepting it as part of their system. We will also do a site visit. The only concern that I told her I saw was that I did not see a review from the Surveyors Office. I talked with Sean and he stated that he recommended that they call the Surveyors Office to see where it is at in their process.
