A deferral of public improvements was recorded with this subdivision. Also, a Notice of Variance was prepared by the applicant and was recorded on the property. The Notice is intended to inform all interested parties about the applicant's voluntary offer to encumber 2.59 acres of the "remaining parcel" in a way that would prohibit future density calculations from using the subject 2.59 acres. This effort is the result of the applicant receiving a variance from the Weber County Board of Adjustment to allow the platting of a lot that does not meet the existing zoning's area requirement. This is all described in the "Background" section of the Planning Division review and staff reports in the project file (UV091613). Plat recorded October 30, 2014. Final documents were uploaded and the project was edited as complete on January 26, 2015.

This office has completed its final review of this subdivision and releases for the printing of the Mylar's pending any concerns from the other review agencies.

This office has completed its 4th review of this subdivision. There is a couple minor issues to be addressed. Scott requires a separate note put on the plat regarding the remainder parcel also. A PDF has been emailed to Dallas.
