This application has expired. A new application and payment of fees are required for a new subdivision project. I spoke with the applicant today concerning this. He has been working with the health department on the well and septic system issues.

This office has completed its 1st review of this subdivision. A redlined PDF file has been emailed to Greg at HAI. Engineering too look at the waterway running through the middle of the subdivision to determine if an easement for such is required.

If lots have existing private wells or intend to be served by wells, the 100 foot well protection zone must be shown on the plat and be located entirely within the boundaries of each lot. Where is the septic system for the existing home?

Snowcrest students are not eligibile for bussing. Weber High students catch bus at Snowcrest. Elementary stops are along HWY 162.
