A public hearing has been scheduled to review this application. It is scheduled for September 26, 2017 at 5:00 PM in the Commission Chambers. Please see the staff report under the files tab to review the request and staff recommendation.

This application has been submitted to the Planning Commission for their review in their September 5, 2017 work session. A memo to the Planning Commission and draft of the proposed changes can be found under the 'files' tab. Staff is proposing a fairly significant re-write of the sign code -- going beyond the request of the OVBA. It may be possible that staff's recommended changes and the OVBA requested changes are separated into two separate considerations in the future.
