In reviewing the plans. It shows a washout area on the ground. Current requirements now require such to be into either a lined pit or into a contained washout bin or other contained washout bag where washout is not done onto the ground. The old SWPPP done back in 2016 shows an ending date in 2017. Can a memo or other note to the file be given to indicate the new start date and intended completion date. Blane Frandsen PE
