Mailed notices to all land owners within 500 feet of subject property. Also, have not received Ms. Hoffman's exhibits related to her memorandum that was submitted Friday 2-10-2012. Sent message to Ms. Hoffman (and Bret Barry) at 10:16am (2-15-2012) asking if she would like to send them in so that they could be included in the packet that is going out to the BOA today. 11:15am, no response yet.

Received (GRAMA) request for records at approximately 12:15pm on 1-24-2012. Request was filled by providing a hard copy of all materials submitted by appellant. See file for copy of request record.
