Ogden City has requested permission to install a permanent communication link on Weber County property between its wells in Eden and the water treatment plant in Ogden Canyon. The communication link will be provided on a 15 foot tall wood utility pole. The pole will have antenas and a transmitter attached to it, but neither is taller than the pole. The pole will be located in the 7100 East (SR 166) right-of-way, but it will be located on a smal hill above the actual road area. Power to the pole will be provided from a nearby power pole.
