Application

Prepare drawings and specifications for upgrading the capacity of the drain on the west edge of the subdivision.  This includes replacing the pipes under 2625 N with box culverts, possibly berming the east side of the ditch, removing the pipes behind the house at 2543 N Sierra Dr and installing an impervious liner.  The corner needs to reinforced at the SW corner of that lot as well.

Chad talked to Kelly, 2012-05-21, about the pipe that is on the Lindsey ditch. Kelly said they went through there and made a nice bank on the east side of that ditch. He acted like there really wasn’t a bank at all there prior. He thinks we should just watch it and see, but thinks that it will be better and we may not need to do anything. He also said that S&S will be up there lowering their water line and they are going to put some rip rap in front of the box culverts for us.

The boxes were installed January 18, 2012 by the county roads department.

I talked to Kelly this morning. He said that they are having a hard time cutting through the road, but he thinks that they should be through it today. I also received an e-mail from Todd King stating that he has talked to Kelly. They are still scheduled to do the delivery on the middle of next week unless it snows the night before, etc.

Todd with Robertson Precast e-mailed me and let me know that the boxes would be completed about the 3rd week of January 2012. They should weigh about 23,000 lbs for each section. They are going to do the tongue and groove on the end sections as well.

Design nearly complete. Spoke to Kelly this morning, he will blue stake and pot hole culvert crossing to determine waterline depth. Once that depth is known and box culvert size can be determined and ordered. Kelly will be doing the work for this project.

9/9/2011 I received survey data from Larry. I will take that information and create design drawings.
