Looks like the property went to tax sale in 2003 and no one bid on it so it went to the county. There were some liens from Ogden City and they attached a couple of weed eradication charges($230.00 in 2002 and $385.00 in 2000). When property is struck off to the county at a tax sale, we remove all charges so the parcel won't show up on the tax sale list in subsequent years. I don't think we have any obligation to try and collect those since Ogden City was noticed at the time of the sale but we may want to check with legal on it. Other than that, I don't see any reason not to sell the parcel.
