Detailed Narrative of Request : The use of sheds on Sunridge properties is governed by Weber County Zoining Codes. To obtain approval from the Board to construct a shed or other                                                      man-made structure, first obtain a Weber County Land Use Permit. Attach a copy of the permit to your request for construction approval, addressed the                                                      Sunridge Architect Approvals Committee. 

Detailed description of Proposed 

use / structure :                       Land will be used for week ends and short stay Vacation. The Structure is for Recreational vehicle storage when away from property ,and Tent,                                                                 Camping essentials, Fishing gear, and canoe for the moose lake. Storage shed is for security of belongings when off property. Weber County Sheriff does                                                 not come up to property for security, so everything has to be lock inside a shed. Use will be from Memorial Day last Monday in May to Labor Day 1st                                                           Monday in September.

                                               All belongings will be removed for winter season.

Proposed Structure Height :  The structure, "Shed" well be setting on Standard Concrete pavers blocks 12in x 12in x1.5in will be used for leveling surface. Then shed well be setting on                                                 4"x4" pressure treated lumber "Skids". and anchored with "Construction Adhesive" to Concrete paver blocks,. The shed floor frame will anchored to the                                                     Skids.

                                              Structure "Shed" Height, 18 feet from ground to keep it level on hill side. Shed will be placed in center of property.
