Our trailer is self-containing. We are up there 6-8 nights maximum all year between the months of June and September. We bring our trailer down the mountain to dump and store in the remaining 8-9 months. We do not wish to build any structures on our land, therefore we do not plan on putting in a septic tank or water. If we decide we want to stay in Weber county, we will get the correct permits. We are trying to understand why we were hooked up to the power at one time and then someone told Rocky Mountain to unhook us. No one on our side of the mountain with just a trailer has a septic tank and water.
Could you please help us understand the situation better so that we can resolve it internally without needing to bring in an outside party? We feel like we are being singled out for some reason.
How are we able to get a septic permit? You have to have water to get that, which requires power.
There are multiple properties with power and no septic. If there are issues with black water tables then have your code enforcement fine the people doing things wrong. Not those of us trying to make things nice.
