Required documents for a conditional use permit application:

Conditional Use Permit

  • Detailed Narrative of the Request
  • Site Plan - including existing and proposed contours and distances to property lines.
  • Water and Wastewater Plan
  • Landscape Plan - if applicable.
  • Parking Plan - # of spaces, location of designated parking.
  • Vicinity Map - showing general property location.
  • Architectural Renderings and Engineered Plans
  • Exterior Lighting Plan - if located in Ogden Valley.

Please see the standards outlined in the following chapters of Weber County Land Use Code, and submit additional information as outlined in the Conditional Use and Design Review processes:

Once these are submitted, then an invoice can be created and the application accepted in for review.
