The following are the responses to review from Tucker Weight:

  1. Take pictures/video of the roadway, sidewalk, curb and gutter along the frontage of the lot prior to any construction activities to document current conditions of improvements. We'll be sure to do this before construction takes place.
  2. An Excavation Permit (Permit application is on Frontier) is required to be submitted IF any work (culvert, driveway tie-in, utilities connections, etc.) will be done within the county right of way. We'll be sure to have the contractor procure this permit before beginning construction. We made sure this was clear in our most recent discussions with them.
  3. A Weber County Sewer Application (attached to this review) must be filled out and submitted for approval. This is attached to the application. We'll pay the connection fee as needed.
  4. Is this property annexed into the Sewer District? Yes
  5. A Storm Water Construction Activity Permit (attached to this review) is required before starting construction. Our contractor will get this filled out and submitted before construction.
  6. A Construction General Permit Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is required prior to construction. Our contractor will get this prepared before construction.
  7. The storm water calculations will need to be done using a release rate of 0.1 cfs/acre. See the attached recalculation. Thankfully, the ponds are big enough.
  8. check the storage table calculations. The depths seem to be off.  I've checked these tables and measured the ponds in the plans. They make sense and appear correct to me. Contact me if you still disagree.
  9. Where does the water go for the southern pond? Please show where the water gets into existing drainage. This pond will not be constructed as part of the scope of this project. We are soley constructing the parking lot on the north end.
  10. Please provide a detail for the outlet structures for the pond. I have drawn a storm drain detail and attached to this application.
