Pleaser submit an engineered final plat
I have spoke with Rick a few times. I was told to fill out a subdivision application. Rick told me the lot line adjustment would be more clerical than anything else. We would like to adjust the lot line just 4" or .25' to the south to provide lot 25 with 5' to the property line at the back corner to avoid having to do a fire rated wall at the back 2' of the building.
