The McFarland currently farm the land. They grow pumpkins and oats. The pumpkin patch occupies a 30-acre area. They received planning commission approval to operate a pumpkin patch under CUP2022-11.

  • Proof of existing agriculture
  • a clear site plan showing the distances from the proposed structure and all property lines, clearly label all the structures on the site plan.
