There is pending legislation that was noticed publicly before this application was accepted for review. The attached agenda was noticed on 6/21. This means that new code will apply to this project and until that code has been adopted, we cannot move the application forward for approval. Over the next several months there will be discussions and public hearings about the new proposed changes, it is recommended that you attend these meetings to understand better how the new code will apply.
