The survey sign-off on the mylar has been voided by changes made to the subdivision boundary after being signed. The new area added to the plat must be reviewed before we can approve the subdivision. We will get that review in queue as soon as the modified plat is uploaded into Frontier.
Survey Department will review once final plat is submitted.
Invoice created, application will be accepted for review once the fee is paid.
