Jim Marziale, Tyler Nelson (Gardner Eng.), and I met with Charlie Ewert, Steve Burton, and Tucker Weight on March 17, 2023 to discuss a rezone for phase 2 of Buffalo Run Acres subdivision. Based on those discussions, we have submitted the rezone application, a concept plan, and the utility will serve letters. Chad Buck
